Terms of Service
The short, honest version of the rules.
1. The service
MakeMyInvite (“we”, “us”) lets you build animated invitation and greeting pages and share them as links. Building and previewing is free; if paid publishing plans are introduced, the price will be shown before you pay.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via Contact.
3. Your content
Names, photos, messages and audio you add remain yours. By publishing, you grant us the limited licence needed to host and display that page to the people you share it with. You confirm you have the rights to any photos and audio you upload — content reported as infringing or unlawful is removed, and repeat abuse may close the account.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive content.
- No impersonation and no spam distribution of links.
- No attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Availability & liability
We work hard to keep published pages live through your event and beyond, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
