Refund Policy

Simple, because pricing is simple.

Right now: everything is free

While we’re new, building, publishing and sharing are free — so there’s nothing to refund.

When paid publishing arrives

• Payments will be one-time, per event — never a subscription.
• If a published page doesn’t work as promised and we can’t fix it within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
• If you paid and haven’t shared the link yet, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once an invite has been shared and viewed by guests, the service is considered delivered; refunds are then at our discretion.

How to request one

Email support@makemyinvite.in with your account email and the invite link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
